How to run a go-to-market experiment you can learn from
Small tests with a clear question teach you more than big campaigns.
A good experiment has one question and one number.
Set it up
- Write the question: what do I think will happen?
- Pick one thing to change.
- Choose the number that tells you.
- Decide how long to run it.
- Write down what you learned either way.
Keep a log
After ten tests you will know your market better than most.
