What this skill does

It runs the work between 'we know who we sell to' and 'we are sending good messages'. You give it your ICP and a few signals. It returns a ranked list and first-touch drafts, and it tells you what it could not verify.

It works in stages, and you confirm each stage before the next. That keeps you in control and stops a model from running ahead on a bad assumption.

What is in the pack

• SKILL.md: the instructions the agent follows, with inputs, stages and quality checks.
• Stage files: one short brief per stage (ICP, signals, search, enrich, score, draft).
• List schema: the columns your prospect table should have.
• Prompt set: the same stages as plain prompts for any chat tool.
• Two worked examples you can adapt.
• An install and use note.

How to use it

• Get the files by email, then follow the install note.
• Start with your ICP and two signals. Do not start with a list.
• Run one segment at a time. Read the drafts and edit them before anything is sent.
• Feed what you learn back in: which signals got replies and which did not.

Limits

The skill does not browse the web on its own and does not know your market. It can only work with the data you give it, so unknowns will show up in the output. Check each email provider's current sender requirements before sending in volume.
